Please, remember the following important dates:

The deadline for abstract submissions is December 1st,  2007 (deadline extended)
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection is December, 10th, 2007
Final Paper Submission Deadline, January 15th, 2008
Deadline for authors’ registration is January 15th, 2008

Note: The maximum length for abstracts is 3500 characters.

Instructions:

If you are a NEW USER, complete all fields with your contact details.
After that, you will get your password. It will also be e-mailed to you.
If you ever forget your password, please click on “PASSWORD REMIND”.

Please, use your e-mail and password in order to “LOG IN”.

By logging in, you can follow the progress of your abstract on-line. This option enables you to:

1. Make changes until submission deadline (title, text, authors, topics, presentation type, etc)
2. Add /delete your abstract(s)
3. Preview and print your abstract(s)
4. Follow-up the status of your abstract (accepted/rejected)

 

The abstract submission consists on 4 parts:

ABSTRACT DETAILS         
AUTHOR DETAILS
ABSTRACT PREVIEW
PRINTER FRIENDLY PREVIEW

It is possible to prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word in advance and cut/paste it into the on-line submission fields.

In the ABSTRACT LIST, you will find all your submitted abstracts.
