Registration Note:
- One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
- Contributions will only be published at ICERI2010 publications if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered before 30th of September, 2010 (in person or virtually)
- It’s necessary to be registered to get into the conference area (as author or as general public)
(1) In-Person Participants: Oral and Poster Authors + General Public
The registration fees include:
• Admission to all Oral sessions (6 parallel sessions with audiovisual equipment, computers, projectors, screens, microphones, wifi connection, etc)
• Admission to Poster Sessions
• A printed Conference Programme
• ICERI2010 Proceedings CD
• ICERI2010 Abstracts CD
• Conference bag
• Conference material (notebooks, mouse pad, roller pen, conference information package, tourism information package, conference gift, etc…)
• 4 Snacks/Coffee breaks (daily, morning and afternoon)
• 2 Conference Lunch Buffet (Monday and Tuesday)
• An Honour Wine and Closing Cocktail (Tuesday evening)
• Attendance and/or Author certificates
• Attendance of the social/tourist activities (Wednesday):
Sightseeing tour to Madrid by bus, with official English-speaking tourist guides. All participants are invited to bring their accompanying partners.
• An Invoice of the registration fee will be provided with the conference material.
(2) Virtual Participants: Not attending Authors
If you wish your paper to be published in ICERI2010 Publications, but you are not able to attend ICERI2010 Conference in person, you can register for a “virtual presentation”.
The instructions for virtual authors are:
- Virtual authors should submit their abstracts for evaluation before the deadline: 15th of July. Deadline extension: July 23rd, 2010.
- When an abstract is accepted, the full paper should be submitted on-line before the 30th of September.
- Virtual presentations will not be simultaneous. Virtual authors will be able to present their papers as follows:
- In addition to the paper submission, virtual authors can optionally submit a powepoint presentation (with video and/or audio). These presentations will be uploaded in the conference website, in a special virtual section, so that all the conference participants will have access to them during and after the conference.
- This virtual section will enable all the participants to have access to all virtual presentations during and after the event, without having any limitations linked to time zone differences, considering the large amount of countries from all continents who will be participating in ICERI2010.
- The deadline for submitting this powerpoint presentation is 1st of November 2010. Submissionsshould be made on-line at http://www.iated.org/iceri2010/submit
- Virtual authors could be contacted by email by the conference participants in case of technical questions regarding their virtual paper.
- Abstracts and papers will be included in ICERI2010 publications (ICERI2010 Abstracts CD and ICERI2010 Proceedings CD)
- Virtual participants should register on-line before the 30th of September.
- Registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the ICERI2010 Abstracts CD, ICERI2010 Proceedings CD, a participation and author certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. The shipment will be made by express courier after the conference dates.
