Registration Note:

• One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
• Contributions will only be published at EDULEARN09  publications if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered before 20th of May, 2009. (in person or virtually)
• It’s necessary to be registered to get into the conference (as author or as general public)

(1) In-Person Participants: Oral and Poster Authors + General Public

The registration fees include:

• Admission to all sessions
• A printed copy of the Conference Programme
• EDULEARN09 Proceedings CD
• EDULEARN09 Abstracts CD
• Conference bag
• Coffee breaks
• Daily Conference Lunch Cocktail
• Closing Conference Honour Wine on Tuesday evening
• An Attendance and/or Author certificate
• An Invoice of the registration fee
• Attendance of the social/tourist activities

In order to receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings, authors are requested to personally attend the conference and present the accepted paper or poster.

(2) Virtual Participants: Not attending Authors

If you wish your paper to be published in EDULEARN09 Publications, but you are not able to attend EDULEARN09 Conference in person, you can register for a “virtual presentation”.

The virtual authors are not required to make a presentation. The instructions for virtual authors are:

• Virtual authors should submit their abstracts before the 1st of April through our on-line application.
• If their abstract is accepted, they should submit their paper.
• After the review process, virtual authors will be able to submit a PowerPoint presentation, if they wish. (optional)
• Each virtual abstract and paper will be published in EDULEARN09 Publications after the formal acceptance. The PowerPoint presentations (optional) will be published in this website after the conference.
• Virtual participants should register in the on-line registration application.
• Registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the EDULEARN09 Abstracts CD, EDULEARN09 Proceedings CD, a participation and author certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. The shipment will be made by post after the conference dates.
